# 📦 Batch Actions — Add the Same Items to Another Board in Bulk

Need to send **multiple items** to another board at once?
You can easily do it using the **Batch Actions toolbar** in monday.com.
Here’s how 👇

## ⚙️ How to Add Multiple Items to Another Board
1️⃣ **Select all the items** you want to add to another board.
🖱️ Click the checkboxes next to each item — or use *Shift + Click* to select a range.

2️⃣ **Open the Batch Actions toolbar.**
Once you’ve selected items, a toolbar will appear at the bottom of your screen.

3️⃣ **Click “Apps.”**
This opens a list of available apps that support batch actions.

4️⃣ **Choose “Same Item Multiple Boards.”**
The SIMB app will open a pop-up window.

5️⃣ **Select the destination board.**
Pick the board where you want all selected items to appear.

6️⃣ **Click “Add” — and you’re done! 🎉**
All your selected items will now appear on the target board, maintaining their structure and details.

💡 **Tip:**
Use this feature when you’re onboarding new projects, duplicating task lists, or sharing key items across departments — it’s much faster than adding them one by one!
