## ⚠️ I purchased a plan, but it says I’m over my limit — I haven’t used that many items!

There are actually **two possible reasons** you might see that alert:

1️⃣ You’ve reached the **maximum number of unique boards**.
2️⃣ You’ve reached the **maximum number of unique items**.

💡 *Tip:* Each shared item and each connected board counts toward your plan limits.


## 📊 Which column types are supported?

SIMB supports **most column types**, except for:

* Connected Boards
* Mirror Columns
* Formula Columns


## ➕ How do I add my items to multiple boards using the app?

Here’s the quick step-by-step guide:

1️⃣ Click on the item you want to add to another board.
2️⃣ Click the **“+” icon** to add a new item view.
3️⃣ Search for **“Same Item Multiple Boards”** in the app list.
4️⃣ Select the board where you want to add the item.
5️⃣ Click **Add** — and you’re done! 🎉

🔁 **Note:** Columns are shared automatically **only if** they:
* Have the same **name** across boards.
* Have the same **column type**.

## 🧩 Can I enable this for the whole board (not per item)?

Yes! 🙌
If you’re on a **paid plan**, you can use our **automation recipes** to sync all new items automatically.
Here’s how:
1️⃣ Go to your board’s **Integration Center**.
2️⃣ Search for **“Same Item Multiple Boards”**.
3️⃣ Choose the recipe that better describes the action you have in mind.

That’s it! From now on, every new item will be shared automatically.
