Managing projects across multiple boards can be challenging — especially when you want to see how different departments are progressing without losing visibility.
With SIMB, you can **send sub-items from one board as regular items to another board**, keeping everything synced and easy to track.

## ⚙️ How to Add Sub-Items to Another Board
1️⃣ **Go to your main board.**
Navigate to the board that contains the item and its sub-items.

2️⃣ **Select the sub-items you want to send.**
Click the checkboxes next to the sub-items you’d like to add to another board.

3️⃣ **Open the “Apps” menu.**
At the bottom of your screen, click **“Apps.”**

4️⃣ **Choose “Same Item Multiple Boards.”**
From the list of available apps, select **Same Item Multiple Boards (SIMB).**

5️⃣ **Select the destination board.**
Pick the board where you want your sub-items to appear as regular items — for example, your department board (e.g., “Dev Team”).
You can also select a specific group within that board.

6️⃣ **Wait for the sync to complete.**
Once added, all selected sub-items will appear as new items on the target board.
Changes made on either board (like status updates or comments) will sync automatically.

💡 **Tip:**
Use this setup to manage projects across multiple departments. Each team can update their board independently — and you’ll still see all progress in your main project view!
