The **Same Item Multiple Boards** app keeps your tasks synchronized in real-time across multiple boards—eliminating manual copy-pasting. Follow these three steps to install and authorize it on your account:

### 1. Find the App

Log into Monday.com, click the **Marketplace  icon** (puzzle piece) on the left sidebar, and search for **Same Item Multiple Boards**. Click the app card to open details.

### 2. Install to Your Account

Click **Install App** in the upper - right corner. If you manage multiple organizations, select your target account from the dropdown and confirm. *(Note: Requires* *Monday.com* *Admin rights).*

### 3. Select Workspace/s and Grant Permissions

Select the best option to scope which workspace/s the app will run on and review the listed permissions, which simply give the app permission to see and update your items across boards in real time. Click Authorize to finish setup. Click **Authorize** to finish setup.
