# 🚀 How to Install Same Item Multiple Boards on Your monday.com Account

Getting started with **Same Item Multiple Boards (SIMB)** is simple!
Follow this step-by-step guide to install and activate it on your monday.com account 👇

## 🧭 Step-by-Step Installation Guide

### 1️⃣ Open the App Marketplace
* Navigate to the **Marketplace** in your monday.com workspace.

### 2️⃣ Search for the App
* In the search bar, type **“Same Item Multiple Boards.”**
* Select the app from the results.

### 3️⃣ Install the App
* Click **“Install App.”**
* Choose to install it **across all workspaces** to enable easy sharing and visibility.

### 4️⃣ Add the App to Your First Board
* The next step will ask you for a Workplace and a Board where you would want the app to be setup
* Click "Add app" once you are done selecting a Workspace and a Board

### 5️⃣ Authorize the App
* When prompted, click **“Authorize monday.com.”**
* This step ensures the app can access your workspace data safely.

### 6️⃣ Verify Installation
Once installed successfully:
* You’ll see a new **“Same Item Multiple Boards” tab** appear in the item view of your selected board.

## 🧩 Activate the App on Additional Boards

To enable the app in more boards:
1️⃣ Open any item on the desired board.
2️⃣ Click **“Add View.”**
3️⃣ Search for **“Same Item Multiple Boards.”**
4️⃣ Click **“Add.”**

> 📝 *Note:* Adding the app view is optional.
> You can still use SIMB through automations and workflows even if the view isn’t added manually.
