# 📊 Viewing Your Usage Limits in the Same Item Multiple Boards App

If you want to check how many items you’re currently syncing across boards — or if you’re getting a message about exceeding your limit — you can easily view your usage directly inside the app.

Here’s how 👇

### 🪄 Steps to View Usage

1️⃣ **Add or open the Same Item Multiple Boards View**

* On any board, click **“Add View” → “Apps” → “Explore more apps.”**
* Search for **“Same Item in Multiple Boards.”**
* Once it’s added, open that view.

2️⃣ **Open Settings**

* Click the ⚙️ **gear icon** in the top-right corner of the view.

3️⃣ **Go to the Usage Tab**

* In the left-side menu, select **“Usage.”**
* You’ll now see a summary of your current item usage, including how many shared items you have and where they are located.

💡 Tip

If you’re close to reaching your limit consider removing unused shared items or upgrading your plan to increase capacity.
